Inspiring Stories of Dedication, Support, and Victory

Step into the incredible journey of our runners as they conquered the streets of New York City, fueled by the unwavering support of our community.

Explore heartfelt testimonials that showcase the spirit, determination, and camaraderie that propelled our athletes across the finish line.

My whole New York experience was amazing and something I’ll never forget! I am so very grateful for the opportunity. The people I met, from the runners, to the volunteers, to the cheering crowds, were all so nice and supportive!

Jeremy

Thank you again for a lovely launch to a fun, great weather marathon weekend! I finished in 5 hours and 15 minutes.

My goal was 4 hours and 50 minutes. I did not train enough for the hills and bridges so the end was the challenge. I am grateful to have this goal behind me.

Most importantly, thank you for my trophy now on my desk, the beautiful and useful sneakers, the IASF shirt and bag and the way to my heart, chocolate.

Margot

As an Italian American and a New Yorker, I couldn’t be happier to have kicked off my Abbot Six Marathon journey right here at home!

I love endurance running because it’s an amazing way to stay in shape but also because I hope to inspire my children, showing them through hard work and determination, any goal is achievable.

Mission Accomplished!

Peter

Our Projects

TOGETHER FOR SPORT

Project Mission:

Above all, make known and offer people with disabilities the opportunity to try the advanced technological aids -for free- that allow you to practice sports disciplines naturally and more confidently: prostheses designed for sport, basketball wheelchairs, hand bikes, and much more.

This innovative service does not currently exist in Italy, and because of the high cost of custom prostheses, it is generally discouraged.

Promote Paralympic sports in key Italian cities to bring people with disabilities, especially children and kids, closer to the world of sport.

If made possible by the fundraiser, donate prostheses and aids to children and young people in extreme need and/or extreme talent.

SUBMIT A PROJECT!

Dear Contributor:

If you want to realize a social responsibility project in sport and you are looking for a team of experts who can evaluate it and help you realize it, thanks to a fundraiser, submit it to us.

IASF, annually, selects a shortlist of proposals and examines their seriousness, feasibility, and implementation potential.

The most original, innovative, and most current projects will be presented to our Board and candidates for the IASF project of the year.

Thank you for your support, and stay in touch!
