Paolo Del Bene is simply versatile in sport: ex basketball professional player, then coach and, nowadays, brilliant Sport Manager.

Professor Paolo Del Bene, since 2017 GM of the LUISS Sport Association, sport branch of the well-known Italian University, has been in charge of many projects, constantly driven by the love for sport, flag of his professional life.

From 1999 to 2016 he has been GM holding the Sport Area of the “LUISS GUIDO CARLI University” based in Rome.

From 1989 to 2019 he has given several university lectures: LUISS BUSINESS SCHOOL, Roma Tor Vergata University, CONI- Italian Olympic Committee School of Sport and Rome Foro Italico University. From 1999 to 2016 Paolo del Bene has held the role of Sports Manager at LUISS Guido Carli University.

Del Bene professional career has been studded with outstanding experiences such as the start-up and management of the LUISS Sport LAB -dealing with the improvement of the sport performances and the management of the PalaLUISS Arena. Paolo has also been GM of the International Shooting Accademy (I.S.A.), Coordinator at ETICAMP and dealing with the Management of the Manchester United Italia, moreover Counselor at Komen Italia Onlus.

He has been the creator and the author of countless sport projects and has been awarded with the “Tor Vergata Etica nello Sport” prize.

In his prestigious palmarès, there are important experiences as General Director of the International Shooting Academy (I.S.A.), the management and organization of ETICAMP, and of the Soccer Schools of Manchester United Italy. Because of his love for the sport, Paolo del Bene was the creator and participant of countless sports projects receiving several awards such as the “Tor Vergata Ethics in Sport”.

Overall, his career is studded with several experiences as a basketball coach. On top the role as Assistant Coach of Il Messaggero Basket Team, Serie A Championship, winning the Korac Cup, 1990.
